Style Tip - Feline Eyeliner

I have a love affair with liquid eyeliner. It elongates, defines and lifts the eye. It is femme fatale at its finest and is made for us Soft Dramatics.
For this video, I switched up my usual black for rich green and plum shades and I’m loving the results.
This is my favorite, budge-proof black liquid liner. I add the tiniest dab of setting powder to the wing to keep it from ending up in the outer crease of my eyelid:
